This is the privacy statement of Braemar Highland Experience. This privacy statement explains how we collect and use information about you.
What information we collect
In order to establish a contract to provide a tour we require the name and contact details (email and telephone) of the person booking the tour.
Where we collect information from
On making a booking on our website at bhe.scot/booking we require you to enter this information prior to confirmation.
How we use your information

- Understand needs and how they may be met (if additional comments included)
Who we share your information with
We do not share your information with any other party. At the payment stage you are transferred to our payments services provider, PayPal, but no personal information is passed at that point. Similarly, no information is returned to us from PayPal other than confirmation that a booking has been paid for.
How long we retain your personal information for
We will destroy information in excess of three years.
Your rights
Access to your information
You have the right to request a copy of the information about you that we hold.
Correcting your information
We want to make sure that your information is accurate, complete and up to date and you may ask us to correct any information about you that you believe does not meet these standards.
Deletion of your information
You have the right to ask us to delete information about you where:
- You consider that we no longer require the information for the purposes for which it was obtained;
- We are using that information with your consent and you have withdrawn your consent – see Withdrawing consent to using your information below;

Where we use your information with your consent you may withdraw that consent at any time and we will stop using your information for the purpose for which consent was given.
